The Master Gardener Program could be for you if.....

- You are eager to participate in a practical and intensive training program.

- You have enough time to attend training and volunteer your time to the community.
This program is a volunteer educational program designed to meet the horticultural needs of the citizens of Ohio. Its purpose is to train volunteers and use their expertise to teach people about plants, their culture, and their importance to the environment and our quality of life.
The cost for the complete program (including comprehensive manual, handouts, and more) is $225, however, discounts and scholarships are available.
The 2023 Master Gardener Training is being held in a hybrid format. The classes are a rolling application from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. Applications are due by March 30, 2024. Contact the Williams County Extension Office at (419) 636-5608 for an application.
