Virtual Officer Training - Ohio 4-H
The main officers that should be present in a Williams County 4-H Club are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, News Reporter, Health Officer, Safety Officer, and Recreation Leader. (Health & Safety Officers may be combined into one position)
Larger clubs may want to offer additional leadership roles for their club members. Optional positions are Historian, Community Service Officer, or Flag Bearer. Clubs may also elect Junior or Assistant officers of each of previously mentioned positions. Cloverbuds are not permitted to hold club officer positions.
A great resource for officer information is available on the Ohio 4-H website. Information is available for each office position and videos are posted for some of the postitions: https://ohio4h.org/officerresources
