POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS:
Interested in becoming a Williams County 4-H Volunteer?
We would love for you to join us! Please see the following for relevant information:
Process to becoming a Volunteer:
1. Select the club you want to volunteer with.
2. Complete the Williams County 4-H Volunteer Application & 2 Reference Forms (required) - Applications are open November 1-February 1 of each year.

3. Submit your completed application and references to the Williams County OSU Extension Office at 1425 East High Street, Suite 112, Bryan, Ohio 43506, drop it in the dropbox outside of our office, or email.
4. Our office will contact you to set up an interview with the 4-H Educator.
5. Complete a Background Check - information will be provided at your interview.

Annual Club Registration Form - due January 31
4-H Financial Summary - due January 31
Club Charter Checklist - due June 1
Club Constitution - due June 1. All clubs must use this standardized form. Specific club regulations should be included in the By-laws.
Club By-Laws - due June 1
Honor Club Form - due November 1 (will be revised by 4-H Council for 2026)
Outstanding First Year 4-Her Nomination Form - due November 1
Outstanding Teen 4-Her Nomination Form - due November 1
Enrollment:
New Member Paper Enrollment Form - only to be used by families without adequate internet access or club advisors to track information
Across County Lines - must be completed by members who live outside of the county who want to join Williams County 4-H.
The Winning Plan - for members who need accommodations or considerations.

This training is required to be completed by all 4-H Volunteers annually. Please see the following options you have to satisfy this training:
In-Person Advisor Training & County Update Options:
Tuesday, January 27th, from 6-8 PM at Edon Fire Hall.
Thursday, February 12th, from 5:30-7:30 PM at Extension Office
Virtual Advisor Training & County Updates Option:

Come join the fun at the 2026 Ohio 4-H Conference!

Sessions will start at 9:00 a.m. on March 21. Registration forms and session descriptions will be released by the first week of January.
