Biography: 

Megan Warnecke is the 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator for Williams County. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from THE Ohio State University in 2022, where she majored in Community Leadership with a Community and Extension Education Specialization. She obtained her Master of Science in OSU’s Agriculture, Communication, Education, and Leadership Program in 2025. Megan has been serving Williams County since June 2023. She is very passionate about youth development, providing Williams County youth with various opportunities that help them gain knowledge and develop their personal skills. Megan serves on the state’s design teams and is a board member for 4-H Camp Palmer. Megan is from Putnam County, where she grew up through the Putnam County 4-H program. She was also a member of the Kalida FFA and earned her American Degree. In 4-H, Megan’s favorite projects were leadership, beef steers, and dairy feeders.
