The 2026 Ohio State Organic Grains Conference will be January 7 and 8, 2026, at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Sandusky, Ohio. Registration for attendees is now open. The 2026 agenda will feature Dr. Matt Ryan from Cornell University, Willie Hughes from Hughes Farm in Janesville, Wisconsin, and Dr. Aaron Wilson from Ohio State. A variety of farmers, researchers, and educators from Ohio and surrounding states will also speak on agronomic and farm management topics designed for an organic grain grower audience.
