  1. 2026 Annie's Project 101

    Annie’s Project is a six-week educational series for women in agriculture that focuses on enhancing communication, production, and marketing skills. Participants are given information and resources to expand their knowledge on the presented topics. A meal is provided during each session, and participants build a network with fellow women in agriculture. Register by Monday, February 2nd, by calling the Extension Office at (419) 636-5608. The cost of this program is $50.00

  2. Conservation Tillage & Technology Conference

    Join us for the two-day Conservation Tillage and Technology Conference in Ada, Ohio, an annual event featuring state and national expert speakers on a wide range of timely agricultural topics. This year’s conference will include breakout sessions on agronomy, nutrient management, soil health, cover crops, no-till practices, precision agriculture and technology, water quality, conservation practices, and alternative crops.

This session offers valuable learning hours and opportunities to grow your skills while supporting community gardening efforts.

    Fertilizer Recertification: 5:00 – 6:00 pm

    Pesticide Recertification: 6:00 – 9:00 pm

    Description: Pre-registration is mandatory. Spots are limited. No walk-ins. Light snacks are included in registration.

  8. Maple Syrup Festival

    Celebrate the sweet taste of spring at our annual Maple Syrup Festival! Enjoy a day of family-friendly fun featuring guided tours of the sugar shack, where you’ll see how sap is collected and transformed into pure maple syrup.

    Take control of your farm’s finances with this hands-on, four-week workshop designed to improve financial record-keeping skills and financial literacy. Each weekly session will cover key topics such as organizing records, interpreting financial statements, and using data to guide smarter business decisions.
