2026 4-H Camp - June 1-4 at 4-H Camp Palmer

About 4-H Camp:

4-H Camp Palmer serves 11 counties, who make the best better at their 4-H Camp each summer. During their time here, the campers, ages 8 through 13 (as of Jan 1 of the current year), LEARN with sessions in canoeing, archery, line dancing, outdoor cooking plus dozens others. Campers HAVE FUN swimming, zip lining, singing and laughing at campfire and throughout the day. Plus, at 4-H Camp Palmer, campers MAKE FRIENDS that last a lifetime.

Youth do not have to be enrolled in 4-H to attend 4-H Camp. This is an overnight camp.

Cost for 4-H Members: $200.00. Cash or check will be accepted. Make checks payable to OSU Extension Williams County. Camp Registrations will be due Friday, May 15, 2026, to the Extension Office. A huge thank you to the Williams County 4-H Endowment Committee for sponsoring $20 per child attending 4-H camp. This keeps camp costs low for families! 

Cost for Non 4-H Members: $220.00. Cash or check is accepted. Make checks payable to OSU Extension Williams County. Camp Registrations will be due Friday, May 15, 2026, to the Extension Office. Camperships are not applicable for non-4-H members. However, the Early Bird discount is permitted if registration and payment are made by May 1, 2026.

The Extension Office will not be accepting registration forms without receiving payment simultaneously. All registrations and payments must be received by Friday, May 15, 2026.

Financial Aid - only applicable for 4-H members

Early Bird Discount - due May 1, 2026

Complete and submit your 4-H Camp Registration Form by May 1, 2026, to receive $10.00 off your camp fee. This early bird discount can be combined with a 4-H Campership Award. Payment is due with your registration form. Credit cards cannot be accepted.

Family/Sibling Discount - This is for families with multiple children attending camp. Families will receive a one-time $10.00 discount if two or more children of your family attend 4-H Camp. Registrations and payment must be made at the same time. This discount will be applied to your second child's registration only. 

Camperships - Camperships are discounts offered to 4-H members attending Williams County 4-H Camp. A huge thank you to generous sponsors, which include local businesses, fair commodity groups, Dairy Producers, Pork Producers, 4-H Council, and the 4-H Endowment Committee. 

2026 Campership Recipients

Campership award winners are announced here! Check this list to find your name and the name of your sponsor. Please bring a completed, stamped, and addressed Thank You card when you come to the office to register for camp. A blank thank you card with a handwritten note of thanks will be acceptable to show your appreciation to your campership sponsor.

  • Medication Dispensing Request Form: Medicine must be taken to Camp Palmer and turned in at the registration desk when bringing a child to camp.  Medicine must be in the original container and placed inside a baggie with a Medication Dispensing Request Form with the child's name on the outside. The Camp Nurse will be responsible for all medications and dispensing as instructed. (also attached in camp registration) 
  • Immunization Exemption Form - Please submit the Immunization Exemption Form if applicable (also attached in camp registration) 

After Registration, campers will receive:

  • No cell phones will be allowed at 4-H camp for campers. 

CLOVERBUD ONE-DAY CAMP REGISTRATION

2026 Cloverbud Day Camp Registration Form

Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 4-H Camp Palmer, Fayette, Ohio. 

Check-In: 2:00 PM

Check-Out: 6:30-7:00 PM (Parents may arrive for our closing ceremony at 6:30 PM)

Williams County Cloverbud Day Camp is a one-day camp for youth who have recently completed kindergarten through 2nd grade. You do NOT have to be a 4-H Cloverbud member to participate.

Camp costs are $35.00 for 4-H Cloverbuds and $40.00 for non-4-H Cloverbuds. Payment in cash or check is accepted. Please make checks payable to OSU Extension Williams County

  • All registrations and payments must be received at the Extension Office by Friday, May 15, 2026.
  • Registration materials should be returned to OSU Extension Williams County Office - 1425 East High Street, Suite 112, Bryan, OH 43506. Cash or check is accepted.
